Free trial periods are occasionally offered, where you are charged full amount at sign-up at the end of the trial period.
There are three monthly packages offered: $19.95 for 500 minutes, $39.95 for 1500 minutes, or $99.99 for 5000 minutes.
No pay by minute plans. Lots of features depending on plan option chosen. There are no contracts but you would not own the toll free number. In certain cases you may be allowed to transfer the toll free to another provider for an extra cost.

They also have the distinction of being one of the few toll free service companies that do not outsource any of their services, given that they maintain their own Data Center.
