Brief Description: Comcast provides modem based toll free numbers with use from their own business lines. Service is not available in all areas, most notably Southern California and Nevada. While you must have a hardline serviced by Comcast to get a toll free number added to it, they can forward that line to any other phone number.
The bottom line cost is $29.99 for activation of a new Comcast line, minimum one year contract with an installation fee of $199 (2 year contract has an installation fee of $99 and a 3 year contract has an installation fee of $49).
Monthly you pay $44.95 for the hardline, $5 for the toll free rental, $7 for the modem rental (required to run service), tax (variable by area), and minute usage of 5.9 cents.
No package deals are offered. Vanity toll frees and 1-800s are offered, but the contract is enforced.

Also, a comcast toll free service account allows for businesses to reach you from anywhere within the U.S., Canada, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, and currently supports up to 5 toll-free numbers per business class toll free account.
