Tollfreenumber.org acquires jiingleswitch.com in recent deal

Tollfreenumber.ORG, a Los Angeles-based toll free service provider, has just acquired jingleswitch.com in a significant business deal. The actual purchase price was, and still remains, undisclosed; though some are speculating that it was for a substantial amount. Logan Marshall, founder of tollfreenumber.org, stated that the negotiations “went quite smoothly,” and that he was “pleased with the outcome” and happy to now include jingleswitch.com in his already healthy portfolio. Marshall also noted that he would not be stepping down as head of tollfreenumber.org as some experts had suggested he might do in the days following the acquisition.

Telecommunications specialists have been monitoring the deal between the owners of both companies for quite some time.

They were speculating that Marshall may no longer be interested after it was disclosed that he had already acquired five other companies in recent months. However, the deal was announced recently, making Marshal’s total business acquisitions in the past few months alone an even six.

Tollfreenumber.org, Marshall’s brainchild and most prominent business venture, has become a leading name in the toll free industry and has served over 100,000 business in all 50 states since it began in 1999.

The addition of jingleswitch.com to the current business profile is considered to further increase the value of the toll free giant and strengthen Marshall’s title as a young business mogul in his own right. In addition to his most recent business acquisitions, he has also been named CEO of ZoomTad and has purchased the business that owns tollfreenumber.org as well.
