There is no fee to start an account but the number will be issued at random, generally as an 855 number. 800s and vanity numbers are NOT offered. You will own number whatever number you are assigned and there is no contract term.

The monthly cost is the same for personal and business use toll free: $3.99 for the toll free number itself, $3.99 for the service, and all applicable taxes.

Rates per minute range depending on area and are different for in and out of state incoming callers. You can generally expect a per minute rate 3.9 cents for state to state calls while instate calls can be up to 9 cents (depending on the state of course) for nationwide calling.

Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii run .19 – .24 cents per minute. Personal use toll free service is usually several cents higher than the business rate. No package deals are offered. Service takes 3-5 business days to become active. Customer service reps are helpful and knowledgeable. Features are nil.
