    I’ve been researching ALL day it seems and so many companies say they charge very little but when you get down to the nitty gritty you find out all these dumb little fees and all of a sudden it costs $178 to activate. What’s up with that? Why can’t they just be straight with people? One company wanted to charge me $50 a month for 100 minutes of use, and I could ONLY use it in two area codes near me. That’s the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever heard of…

    @Chris – You’re very right. Companies often charge small hidden fees not listed on their pricing page. Sometimes these fees are buried in their terms of conditions or FAQ page but most times they aren’t listed at all. While this isn’t illegal it is, in our opinions, unethical. That is why we list all costs (including all taxes and fees) clearly on the pricing page BEFORE you’re asked to input any payment information. We believe that’s just the right thing to do.

    Uh, it’s not a good deal when a company overcharges you and keeps charging after you cancel service. I’ve been dealing with *excluded text* for 2 months now trying to get this squared away and they are seriously the worst! At least I found you guys now but I wish I’d found you 6 months ago!
