The Social Security Administration offers a bevy of resources regarding retirement, social security cards, taxes, medicare, people with disabilities, etc. It’s basically your one stop shop for taking care of life business. Their website offers a range of services so you don’t have to contact anyone directly if you don’t need to. They also allow for you to make an appointment to see someone in person if need be. Let’s face it, life is hard and sometimes you just WANT to talk to a person. The Social Security Administration will help you with that.

The office has been around since 1935 and they’ve taken on a lot over the years and perfected their manner of helping the public. They’re available to anyone in need. Highly involved anti-fraud and helping to also PROTECT the public!

What more can you say about the social security office? They do their job and keep our finances safe. ‘Nuff said.

Helped my grandma out with some stuff she needed handled and they were a pleasant suprise to work with!

I always thought this office had just always kind of been around, haha! I recently took my beautiful 86 year old grandma to our local-ish office to do some paperwork – even at 86 she’s all there and witty as heck! Needless to say, she had stories for the employees and they got a kick out of her! One woman said most people do stuff online nowadays, of course, and it was nice to get someone in the office that was happy and funny – they were tickled pink! So, next time you go to the office office or even call them on the phone; just remember, they’re people too and maybe you can both make it a great experience!

Aw, that’s awesome! I never knew they did so much!

So helpful despite having a, what I’m guessing, difficult job!
