Stay Cool This Holiday Weekend!

It’s a warm summer, especially here in southern California, and since we’re always out and about promoting our services, we thought we would take a moment to remind you to stay cool this holiday weekend. Whether you’re at the beach or just lounging around at home, here are some things to keep in mind:

1. Drink plenty of cool water

2. Exercise early in morning or later in the evening to avoid the heat of the day.

3. Eat more fruit! It’s delicious and refreshing and will keep you hydrated!

4. Stay in the shade! Beach whether can be cool on your skin but the harsh rays of the sun are unforgiving. Make sure you cover up!

5. Stay out of direct sunlight from 10am -2pm, when the sun’s rays are the harshest.
